Payment Breakdown
A.Depending on your agreed contractual terms with our Sales Representatives during signup process. Our standard and general terms are as below.
1. A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required.
2. 50% of the remaining balance during your itinerary meeting 3-4 months before your event date.
3. Final balance payment to be paid two weeks before the commencement of event date.
We have partnered with ATOME to provide couples with a better wedding financial management.
ATOME: 3 months and 6 months installments are available.

Can we change the date once booking is done?
A.Yes you can. No additional charges required however based on date availability.
Can we split the durations of a package?
A.Our shooters are paid hourly from call time till end of event.
A split day fee may apply depending on the packages you have chosen and your itinerary planning.
SAME DAY SPLITTING
a split day fee of an hourly rate will occur for idle time.
For example, your event is a morning solemnisation and dinner reception; a break in the afternoon will incur a chargeable idle time fee.
TWO DAY SPLITTING
a fixed split-day fee will occur for splitting a package hours between two dates
When can we receive our products?
A.All products will be delivered earliest 3.5 months. Unless due to unforeseen circumstances such as delays, Reelwerkz will inform via direct contact as soon as possible.
Collection of products
A.Self collections can be done at Reelwerkz Studio • 38 Gambas Cres, Nordcom 2 Level 3 Singapore 757017. Additional charges for delivery.
